Rita Tavella
Founder & CEO
EMAILRita is a passionate and dynamic Italian-American woman who grew up in New York, Rome and Florence. New York is her hometown where she spent part of her childhood and then moved to Rome where she did her legal studies. During the years at the university she practiced as hostess for numerous congresses and events, an occasional commitment that fascinated her and involved her to the point of making event organization her profession.
She worked for 10 years at an important Roman agency, leader in the sector. In search of new ambitions, in 2003 she moved to Florence where she founded MCR Conference Srl. The evolution of over 25 years of experience in the event organization sector led her to the conception and creation of a new brand, Your Wedding in Florence, specialized in destination wedding. Rita is known for her incredible empathy and ability to understand her customers and their needs.
Eleonora Rossi
Partner & Congress Division Manager
EMAILEleonora joined MCR Conference in 2010 and she quickly established herself in the organization of events, becoming the head of the company's congress division. In 2017 she became Rita’s business partner and has been collaborating since alongside Rita in the management of the company.

Viola Focardi
Travel Division Technical Director
EMAILViola has a great passion for travel and different cultures: and this has led her to devote herself to tourism and the organization of events, gaining 20 years of experience in both the incoming and outgoing field. She has a degree in art history and is fluent in English, German and French. She loves Tuscany (she is a licensed tour guide for Florence and its province) and loves to spend the weekends discovering new corners of the region to offer to clients and friends.
